Governance
Quick reference
Before publishing anything, run this list.
Do
- Speak to the organizer in every sentence and every image
- Lead with the deliverable; verification in the second sentence
- Use "verified" and "confirmed participants"
- State sample sizes, margins of error and sources
- Say "evento" and "edição" in PT central claims
- Keep the report sober; it's analysis, not marketing
Don't
- Address athletes as an audience anywhere
- Call the product a survey, or lead with "reviews"
- Use hype, superlatives or unsourced numbers
- Make data claims beyond processor posture (no reuse, no cross-organizer use, deletion on request, nothing published)
- Use running-only language in central claims
- Claim the experience-management category publicly before 25+ paying customers
Brand checklist
Before publishing, ask:
- Is the organizer the reader of every sentence and every image?
- Does the first sentence say what we deliver, with verification in the second?
- Does every number trace to a source, with limits stated?
- Are data claims within processor posture (no reuse, no cross-organizer use, deletion on request, nothing published)?
- Does the PT copy work for any sport ("evento", not "prova")?
- Would this survive the organizer's lawyer, and being forwarded to their sponsor?
One-page summary: TL;DR.
