Personality and values

The Magician archetype, five values, and the promise we make to organizers.

Archetype: The Magician

The brand turns scattered participant answers into a clear debrief the organizer can act on. The Magician's failure mode is mystique and overclaiming; ours transforms with method, never with magic words.

Traits

transformativecleargroundedprecise

If the brand were a person

The debrief lead who takes a week of inbox noise, survey exports and hallway anecdotes and returns one ordered document: what worked, what didn't, what to fix first. No drama, no mystique. You'd trust them with bad news. That's the point.

Values

ValueWhat it means in practice
Clarity from chaosTurn inbox noise and unread answers into a finished, ranked debrief. Reading, counting, ranking and drafting are our job. Deciding is the organizer's.
Make the quiet countSurface what quiet participants never say out loud. One verified answer beats ten anonymous ones. Anything that doesn't map to a confirmed participant stays out of the report.
Better next editionEvery deliverable exists so the next edition is better than this one. Transformation is the point, not the pitch.
Honest signalEvery number traces to a source. We state sample sizes and margins of error, write "unknown" instead of estimating, and tell the organizer when their sample is too small to quote. Bad news ships unsoftened. No mystical claims.
Organizer stewardshipWe are infrastructure. Participant data serves that organizer and nobody else: never reused, never sold, never crossed between organizers, deleted on request. We publish nothing.

Brand promise

To organizers: you will know what your participants experienced and what to fix first, without reading a single spreadsheet row. Every number we hand you will survive scrutiny.
