Brand story

The week after the event — and why the debrief replaces planning on memory.

Every organizer knows the week after the event. The inbox has three complaints and one thank-you. Someone on the team remembers the start was chaotic; someone else swears it was fine. Registration for next year opens in four months, and the plan is whatever the loudest voices left behind.

Sporting Scouter does the debrief nobody has time for. We invite every participant to answer, match each response against the entry list, read everything, and send back a short document: what worked, what didn't, what to fix first, ranked by how many people raised each point rather than by who shouted.

The data belongs to the organizer and nothing gets published. What they do with the debrief is their call: brief the team, fix the course, take it to the municipality, forward it to a sponsor.
