Getting started
TL;DR
One page. Essence, tagline, positioning, and the rules that matter most.
Brand essence
Verified Trust. Every answer maps to a confirmed participant on the entry list. That is the one thing free survey tools cannot copy.
Tagline
EN
What worked, what didn't, what to fix first.
PT
O que correu bem, o que correu mal, o que corrigir primeiro.
Positioning (one line)
The post-event debrief, delivered as a service — every confirmed participant's answer read and returned as what worked, what didn't, and what to fix first.
Audience
One audience: the person responsible for a sports event. In copy, organizer is the umbrella term. In outreach, use the reader's own title.
Do
- Speak to the organizer in every sentence and every image
- Lead with the deliverable; verification in the second sentence
- Use verified and confirmed participants
- State sample sizes, margins of error and sources
Don't
- Address athletes as an audience anywhere
- Call the product a survey, or lead with "reviews"
- Use hype, superlatives or unsourced numbers
- Claim the experience-management category publicly before 25+ paying customers
